As a specialist in design and manufacturing Novelty Stationery and Decorated Objects Willtech Gift owns its own manufacturing plant named RongTai Gift located in Pinghu Shenzhen. As an Wholly Foreign-Owned Enterprise (WFOE), Willtech Gift’s factory is undeniably a great asset to control quality and prices of all our products. Owning and running this manufacturing facility also comes with a great deal of social responsibilities. Over the years Willtech Gift has always paid a lot of attention to follow all evolutions of China’s labor law and to comply to the most strict international standards. In fact, our general philosophy at Willtech Gift is that our workers are the most valuable assets of the company!
How does Willtech Gift prove everyday its concerns about the workers? We believe that Respect, Ethics, Honesty and Integrity are the essential elements to treat our workers in a fair and reasonable way. In order to apply these engagements everyday, we make sure that all managers and staff are briefed on our application of the following Code of Conduct.
Code of Conduct
Equal Employment Opportunity/Nondiscrimination
We believe that all terms and conditions of employment should be based on an individual’s ability to do the job and not on the basis of personal characteristics or beliefs. We provide employees with a working environment free of discrimination, harassment, intimidation or coercion relating directly or indirectly to race, religion, sexual orientation, political opinion or disability.
Involuntary Labor
We do not use any prison, slave, indentured, or forced labor in the manufacture process of any of our products.
Child Labor
We do not tolerate any child labor in the production process of any of our products. We do not employ any person under the age of 16 or the age at which compulsory schooling has ended, whichever is greater.
Hours of Labor
We maintain normal employee work hours based on the limits on regular and overtime hours allowed by Shenzhen local labor law. Overtime, when necessary, is fully compensated according to Shenzhen government law (that implies at least one day off in every seven-day period) and leave privileges.
Coercion and Harassment
We acknowledge the value of our workers and treat each employee with dignity and respect. We do not use or tolerate any cruel and unusual disciplinary practices such as threats of violence or other forms of physical, sexual, psychological or verbal harassment or abuse.
Compensation
We fairly compensate our employees by complying with all applicable laws, including minimum wage laws, or the prevailing local industry wage, whichever is higher. In addition, we comply with housing fund, pension fund and social insurance regulations.
Health and Safety
We maintain a safe, clean and healthy environment in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. We provide adequate medical facilities, canteen, clean restrooms, access to potable water, well-lit and ventilated workstations, and protections from hazardous materials or conditions. The same standards of health and safety are applied in any housing we provide for our employees.
Concern for the Environment
We believe it is our duty to protect the environment and we do this by complying with all applicable environmental laws and regulations.

Further than our code of conduct requirements, we make sure to provide free and nutritious meals for all employees. Most employees are living in the factory provided dormitory rooms with good hygiene environment. Willtech Gift emphasises to provide good training to the workers when they join the factory to ensure they can have the all necessary skills for each task they are expected to handle.
